Electric Sunset

Helloooooo!!! I’m so sorry I haven’t been consistent with my postings, I will try harder. I’ve been pretty busy my best friend slept over last night. I love spending time with her because she is so much fun. I’ve known her since I was 7 or 8 so we have that special bond. Tonight I hung out with one of my other good friends and we went to see Beauty and the Beast in 3D. I was very impressed, I actually haven’t seen that movie because as a child I was scared of the beast. LOL. Have you seen the movie? What do you think, or what’s your favourite Disney movie? By the way these pictures are not as good as my usual ones because my photographer is on vacation. So I tried my best and hope you enjoy. 

This outfit was inspired by my broach, and of course the electric blue pants. I came across this broach as I was cleaning my room one day and thought it would go great with an outfit. But then it hit me: Electric blue pants! I think they go very nice together because they compliment each other. To add another touch of colour I added the bright yellow belt. I love green and yellow together they work well. I tied the belt in a different way and wanted it to be noticeable so I covered the rest of the belt and tucked in that one section. I also added the grey heels to match the scarf. I feel that grey and blue go very nice together, plus the other colours just give it a pop.

Describing my personal style :)

My friends!! How are you this evening? I had such a wonderful day today. I had an important meeting downtown this morning, and then cruised around the city in the afternoon. It was sunny and bright today, I absolutely loved it because it melted some of the snow plus sunny weather just makes me happy. What about you? Now to my usual Monday night I am watching Pretty little liars and finished watching the Bachelor. Do you have a typical Monday night or do you watch those shows? Leave a comment! I would love to know.

Today I wanted my personal style to shine through. Purple has always been my all time favourite colour. I love it, I could wear purple everyday if I could. I chose my favourite pants at the moment because I wanted to be comfortable today, and I thought what better to be comfortable in than a pair of high waisted pants. To make it more edgy I added the faux leather/fur vest. Topped with nude heels to make me look taller and a silver belt for accentuation plus a little glam this outfit is classy but still a lot of fun. The earrings are also another statement to match the belt. I feel this describes my style completely.

Sunshine Yellow!

HI!!! I’m so sorry I haven’t posted in a couple days. The snow is crazy, its like 5 feet high. It’s hard to get pictures because there is just so much of it. I hope when it starts melting I’ll be able to get some good ones. These pictures were taken a couple days before the snow came. The last few days I’ve been snowed in, yesterday was the first day I actually got to see the outside world, unfortunately the outside world was my work but nevertheless its still more than my house. But I’ve had fun at home. I’ve been catching up on some reading, spending time with the family, researching universities, and writing letters to people that I haven’t gotten back to. What is everybody else’s weather like? Also how is everybody’s weekend? Do anything fun?

 This outfit is a lot of fun I love the pattern of the cardigan. The yellow is so bright it just makes me feel happy. I decided to pair it with navy blue pants they aren’t jeans but look like jeans. I love them because they are comfortable, I’m not a fan of jeans so these are a good alternative. The pants make the outfit more casual but if you were going for a more edgy, summer look you could add a colourful skirt. Maybe a pink? But I was going for a more casual look. Underneath the cardigan is a cream top. I chose this top because I love the frill at the top it adds a little detail and gives it a more girly vibe. Lastly I paired it with my metallic brown flats. I love that metallic is coming back in because I’ve got a great brown metallic bag that I’ve been dying to wear for a long time. I will blog the bag sometime! Does anyone else like metallic?

Striped Casual

 Hello friends! Are you watching the bachelor? I sure am, it’s a good episode tonight. I also am enjoying the snow because it is so pretty to watch. It snowed almost all day today! Crazy right? This morning we went outside and made track marks and by lunchtime you couldn’t even tell where we walked! It was a super good day today, I really enjoyed it! What did everyone else do today? These pictures were not taken today as you can tell because there is no snow. I took them a couple days ago to have a backup for pictures. It was to snowy and cold to take pictures, so I used my backup!

 This outfit is super casual, but I still love it. Everybody needs a casual outfit once and a while. This vest is so rock and roll chic. I paired it with a striped shirt, and this shirt is great because of the texture at the top. These jeans are one of my favourite pairs because they are dark and dark jeans always make you look slimmer. In keeping with the rocker vest I added some flats with an edge. I love metal pieces on the shoe, it adds so much more to a simple flat. I put the piece over top of my jeans for a statement, and also because nobody could see it if my jeans went overtop. And that just ruins everything right? Topped with some fun bracelets this look is ready for anything! It’s a fun and casual look, maybe for running errands, going to school, or maybe just hanging with friends.

All about the Animals ♥

Hi Hi!! How are ya? Did everyone enjoy their Sunday? I sure did, I had to work in the morning/afternoon till supper time. But my parents took me out for supper, which was a lot of fun! But tonight I am tired tomorrow I get to sleep in and I am excited for that! I love Sunday it’s my favourite day of the week. If only I didn’t have to work, maybe next Sunday I will get to do my favourite things. How was your weekend? Sum it up in one word and leave a comment! 

 Today was all about animals! I paired a animal shirt with a leather/fur vest. I thought it went together because of all the animals. I chose simple jeans and booties to simplify the crazy animals on top. This top is so great because it has little giraffes, rhinos, jaguars, deer, and cheetahs. Usually I wouldn’t pair something like this together, I would wear them separately but something inside of me just loved the way it looked. Plus I love animals so the more the better. By the way the vest is all fake, I’m an animal lover! The booties are so uber cute and balanced out the look.

The Cape!!

 Bonjour my snow bunnies! How was your snow day? Or your sunny, windy, or rainy day? It snowed where I live almost all day today. What was the weather like everywhere else? I had a very good day at home. I was supposed to get called into work because of the snow, they thought my coworkers wouldn’t be able to get out of their driveways. So I waited around for someone to call, but they didn’t. So I just had a quiet day at home. My best friend came over tonight and we caught up each other on our lives, and we also watched funny youtube videos. Such a good day! I love curling up on the couch, drinking hot chocolate and watching the snow fall. What’s your favourite winter activity? Did anyone have a snowball fight!

Oh my goodness this cape is AMAZING. I love it so much, it was a Christmas gift from my parents and it's my favourite piece in my closet. The colour is very nice, and I love the military inspired buttons. I also love this coat because your arms are just covered they aren’t in a sleeve. I wanted the cape to be the main focus so I wore my leather pants. The black clutch was to add a little something extra to the outfit as well as the heels. This outfit is a great winter outfit especially if where you live is cold.
